Food & Your Emotional Wellness
Given the significant impact food can have on your emotional wellness, H3 offers a Nutritional Counseling Program: EATING FOR YOUR EMOTIONAL WELLNESS, as well as our EAT WELL Support Circle. Both are well worth serious consideration.
PERSONALIZED PROGRAM: EATING FOR YOUR EMOTIONAL WELLNESS
The focus of this program is to help clients and patients:
- Identify overall emotional and social influences that impact food choices
- Learn techniques for achieving and maintaining weight loss
- Discover strategies for making healthy choices while dining in or out
- Create a shopping list of healthy pantry staples
- Practice mindful eating techniques
- Learn to establish an environment to support your wellness goals
GROUP SUPPORT: EAT WELL SUPPORT CIRCLE

B R E A T H E for Your Emotional Wellness
H3 is provides meditation/mindfulness classes designed to help you experience your hope, healing and health.
Understanding that Balance, Relaxation, Encouragement, Alignment, Trust and Harmony are the cornerstones of emotional wellness, we are pleased to offer our B R E A T H E classes where you can:
- Learn how to use your breath to relax and experience a reset of your energy when you most need it.
- Listen to a calm guided meditation that helps you connect to your inner well-being.
- Visualize beautiful images that help you experience your physical wellness and when necessary manage any physical symptoms that need your attention.
- Be in the moment where everything before or after the moment falls away and you can breathe deeply and simply let go.

HEALING ENERGY THERAPY for Relaxation
Healing Energy Therapy for Relaxation assists clients in accessing and utilizing natural healing resources within themselves through using mind-body medicine practices and hands-on energy techniques, combined with deep relaxation methods. To give you an example of what we mean, think about the last time you stubbed your toe or bumped your elbow…did you immediately put your hand on it? Or, how about a sick child or loved one? Didn’t your gentle, soothing caress ''made it all better''?
The 'human energy field', whether sending out energy or receiving it, can contribute to feeling relief on many levels. An enhanced sense of clarity and calm can decrease the difficulty with physical ailments.
Healing Energy Therapy is performed with the client fully clothed and comfortably seated or lying down. In this safe setting we discuss a plan to help you shift away from stress, anxiety, physical tension and discomfort, mental chatter, emotional distress and grief… ultimately leading you to experience a relaxation response, boosting the immune system and harmonizing and balancing the mind, emotions, body and spirit.
