Yoga for Emotional Wellness Workshop

Join Caitlin Brown, LMSW, RYT-200, for this yoga workshop designed to help participants break out of negative thought patterns and balance emotions.
In this 2-hour workshop, participants will learn asana (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), mantra (sound), and meditation techniques that can help balance moods and calm the mind.
The workshop will be a blend of light movement, discussion, breathwork and short meditation techniques – all infused with lots of joy and encouragement.
